Many Lightnet products are manufactured or assembled to order. Lead times will be confirmed at quotation or order confirmation stage.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
2. Delivery Methods

Deliveries are arranged via reputable third-party courier or freight service providers.

Collection from our premises may be arranged by prior agreement.

Lightnet cannot be held liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our control.
4. Shipping Costs

All delivery charges will be clearly indicated at quotation or invoicing stage.

5. Risk & Ownership

Risk transfers to the customer once the goods leave Lightnet’s premises, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customers are encouraged to arrange insurance for high-value shipments if required.
6. Inspection on Delivery

Customers must inspect all goods upon receipt.

Any visible damage, shortages, or discrepancies must be:

Noted on the delivery note, and

Reported to Lightnet in writing within 48 hours of delivery.

Failure to report issues within this timeframe may result in claims being declined.
7. Incorrect or Failed Deliveries

If an incorrect delivery address is provided, Lightnet cannot be held responsible for failed or delayed deliveries.

Additional costs incurred due to incorrect delivery details will be for the customer’s account.
8. International Shipping (If Applicable)

International deliveries may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees.

These costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

Lightnet is not responsible for delays caused by customs processes.
